At Baveu, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
  • Products should include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Baveu will cover or reimburse all reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us promptly with photos and your order information so we can resolve the issue.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you ordered the wrong item, selected an incorrect size, changed your mind, or no longer need the product, you will be responsible for return shipping expenses. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Restocking Fees

Baveu does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship the package according to the instructions provided by our support team.

Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another size, color, or variation, please contact our support team. We will gladly assist you based on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, or other applicable restrictions. Any such exclusions will be clearly disclosed on the applicable product page.
